Getting Started

Where can I download the NIVOMAX Viewer Apps & Data Libraries?

SYNAXIOM does not distribute the NIVOMAX Viewer software or Data Libraries to users. You must download it from the Self-Serve Portal > Download Center of your ePubs supplier, where you got your Data Library license.

Are You Eligible for Support?

Only users covered by a Service Level Agreement (SLA) are eligible for direct support from SYNAXIOM. If you do not have an SLA or need help accessing support services, please contact us, and we will guide you to the appropriate resource.

No SLA? No Problem

If you're not covered by a Service Level Agreement (SLA), you can still find the help you need here. The NIVOMAX Help Center is your primary resource for comprehensive guides, troubleshooting tips, and everything NIVOMAX.
