NIVOMAX Help Center Overview
The NIVOMAX Help Center is your starting point for getting help with the NIVOMAX platform. It provides documentation, FAQs, troubleshooting guidance, and a way to contact us when you need assistance.
Support for NIVOMAX is delivered according to service level agreements (SLAs) associated with your organization, OEM, or content supplier. This page explains how support works and how to get help.
How NIVOMAX Support Works
Support for NIVOMAX is governed by the SLA in place between Synaxiom and your organization, OEM, or content supplier.
All users can:
- Access the Help Center
- Browse guides and troubleshooting articles
- Report issues or unexpected behavior
- Contact us for guidance
When you contact us, we will:
- Review your request
- Confirm your support eligibility
- Respond according to the applicable SLA, if one exists
- Otherwise, guide you to the appropriate self-service resources or next steps
If you’re unsure whether you’re covered by an SLA, you can still reach out — we’ll help clarify your options.
Getting Started
Where can I download the NIVOMAX Viewer Apps & Data Libraries?
Synaxiom does not distribute the NIVOMAX Viewer software or data libraries directly to users.
NIVOMAX Viewer applications and data libraries must be downloaded from the Self-Serve Portal or Download Center provided by your OEM or Content Supplier, the same source where your library data license was obtained.
Are You Eligible for Support?
Only users covered by a Service Level Agreement (SLA) are eligible for direct SLA-based support from Synaxiom.
If you are not sure whether you have an SLA, or if you need help accessing support services, contact us and we’ll guide you to the appropriate resource.
No SLA? No Problem
If you’re not covered by an SLA, you can still use the NIVOMAX Help Center.
Public content is available to everyone. To access user-specific or restricted content, you’ll need the Distribution ID associated with your organization’s distribution of NIVOMAX.
The Help Center is your primary resource for:
- Comprehensive manuals & guides
- Troubleshooting tips
- Common questions and known issues
- General guidance on using the NIVOMAX platform
For non-urgent issues, questions, or general feedback, you’re always welcome to reach out through the Help Center.

For feedback related to data libraries or content accuracy, please contact your OEM or Content Supplier directly.
Content Suppliers own and manage the data libraries they distribute and are best equipped to address data-specific concerns. Synaxiom does not handle or distribute data libraries.
