Critical Concerns
If your issue is a critical concern, please use our Ticket System to submit a ticket. It’s important to note:
- The criticality must be established based on the Service Level Agreement (SLA) terms and not personal urgency.
- These tickets are chargeable.
Process Overview
- Triage and Processing: All requests are triaged and processed by our team. This helps us prioritize and address issues effectively.
- Review: Once your request is reviewed, it will be processed, and a status update will be published along with a request or bug identifying code.
- Notification: You will receive an email notification from our system once your request has been processed, published, and the status is updated. If your request is rejected, you will be notified via email.
