How to Request and Set Up Your SSO Account for the NIVOMAX Help Center

Please note that the NIVOMAX Help Center and all its resources are supplied solely by SYNAXIOM, unless otherwise stated. It is not endorsed by or operated by any specific ePubs supplier linked to a Distribution ID. Any content supplied by ePubs suppliers for their user base will be clearly identified and will always appear within the “For Registered Users” section. This section can be accessed via the “My Links” right sidebar presented when viewing any content page.
Important
The SSO (Single Sign-On) account you are setting up is for SYNAXIOM services only. This account is not related to any login information provided by ePubs suppliers for accessing data libraries. Please use the login credentials supplied by your ePubs supplier for that purpose.
Welcome to the NIVOMAX Help Center! To access our resources, you need to set up your SSO (Single Sign-On) account, which will allow you to securely log in and manage your access across the SYNAXIOM Support Ticket System, NIVOMAX Case Management System, and the NIVOMAX Help Center.
Step 1: Request an Account
To get started, you can either:
- Go directly to the signup page to request your SSO account.
- Attempt to access a page with restricted content, and you will be automatically redirected to the signup page.
Please ensure that you provide all the necessary information when submitting your request. This information is crucial for us to verify your details and set up your account correctly.
Step 2: Account Review and Creation
Once we receive your request, our team will carefully review the provided information. Upon successful verification, we will create your SSO account through AWS (Amazon Web Services).
Step 3: Receiving Your Temporary Password
After your account is created, you will receive an email containing a temporary password. This password is a one-time use credential that you will need to log in for the first time.
Step 4: Logging In and Accessing the Help Center
- Visit the NIVOMAX Help Center at https://helpcenter.nivomax.com.
- Click the “Login” link located at the top right corner of the screen.
- You will be redirected to the AWS login screen.
- Enter your email address and the temporary password provided in the email.
Step 5: Changing Your Password
After logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to change your temporary password to a more secure, permanent one. Please follow the on-screen instructions to complete this process. It’s important to choose a strong and unique password to ensure the security of your account.
Step 6: Accessing Resources
Once your password has been updated, you will have full access to all the resources available on the NIVOMAX Help Center.
