New Roadmap Feature Integration and Configuration in Customer Distribution

• Customers can request feature improvements and additions.
• These features are integrated into the relevant apps and modules and made available to licensed customers as part of their upgrades. A professional services fee is charged for configuring these added features in the customer’s unique distribution of the software.
• Please be advised that if a requested feature is already available through one of our extension modules, we will not consider it as a new item on the roadmap. We encourage you to explore the existing modules that may already fulfill your needs. If further customization is required, we can discuss this as a separate service engagement.

Licensed App/Module Customization

• For more integrated or specific customer scenarios, we offer extensive customization of our apps or extension modules.
• This requires more effort and may incur additional charges for maintenance as outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Custom Extension Module Development

• Customers may request the development of entirely custom extension modules. These requests go through an approval process to ensure they address unique and specific cases, typically unique to that customer.
• If the request is not unique, we recommend licensing an existing software app or extension module and customizing it if needed. Licensing our available software is what we will do in the vast majority of cases.
• Even though these custom modules are developed specifically for the customer, the copyright and intellectual property remain with NIVOMAX and Synaxiom, allowing us to reuse the code for other commercial purposes.
• No additional licensing fees are applied to the distribution, but there are charges in the SLA for support and maintenance.
