- Who is my ePubs supplier?
- Your ePub supplier is the organization from which you have purchased a subscription to digital products available on the NIVOMAX Platform. This could be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Component Manufacturer (CM), Engine Manufacturer (EM), or an operator.
- How can I receive an invitation to join the platform?
- To join the NIVOMAX platform, an invitation from an authorized ePub supplier or your company’s Data License Administrator is required. Ensure your ePub supplier or administrator has your correct email address to send an invite.
- I received an invitation, what should I do next?
- Once you receive an invitation, follow the instructions provided in the email to create your account. This process is simple and typically involves clicking the button labelled Join & Create My Account and successfully logging in.
- What is the expiry time for platform invitations?
- Platform invitations typically expire 48 hours after being issued. You can find the specific expiry details beneath the “Join & Create My Account” button within the invitation email.
- Can I receive invitations from multiple companies to the same email address?
- Yes, you can receive invitations from multiple companies using the same email address. Each invitation is linked to the specific company sending it, allowing you to manage separate accounts for different organizations.
- What is my user ID and where can I find it?
- Your user ID is the username you use for single sign-on (SSO) purposes, provided either by SYNAXIOM or your ePub supplier. If you are unsure of your user ID or need assistance accessing it, please contact our support team or your ePub supplier.
- Does receiving an invitation automatically create a user ID for me?
- No, receiving an invitation does not automatically create a user ID. You must already have established login credentials to set up and access your NIVOMAX account. Anyone can receive and invitation but without the login credentials, the system is unable to validate and create your account.
- Why can’t I see any libraries after logging in with my credentials?
- If no libraries are visible post-login, it likely means that library access needs to be assigned to your user profile. Please contact your Data License Administrator, who can assign libraries to your account and assist with any license adjustments. Administrators can be found listed in the Self-Serve Portal under Profile & Team > Team Overview.
- What steps should I take if I change companies?
- If you change companies, notify your new employer to issue a platform invitation so that you can be added to their user group. It is also important to ensure that any digital products associated with your previous employment are unassigned by the former company’s Data License Administrator.
- Is my account tied to my company or to the ePubs supplier from whom I purchase digital products?
- Your account is associated with the user ID you use to log in and is thus tied to the organization that controls that ID. It aligns with the company or ePub supplier from whom you acquire your digital products.
- Do I need to purchase any software licenses before installing the NIVOMAX software?
- You do not need to purchase licenses before installing the NIVOMAX software. However, access to the setup files must be obtained through your ePub supplier’s Self-Serve Portal. For detailed information or to retrieve the necessary software, refer to the NIVOMAX Fact Sheet provided by your ePub supplier. For assistance, contact our support team.
