The NIVOMAX Platform is an invite-only system, meaning you must be invited in order to have an account setup within the platform. This invitation process ensures that only authorized users gain access to the platform. When you receive an invitation email, follow the steps provided to set up your account.

There are two types of invitation emails you can receive as an end user:

The Data License Administrator Invitation email.
The Registered User Invitation email.

Once you receive an invitation email to set up your account. Follow the steps in the email to create your account.

Before you accept the invitation, you need a single sign-on (SSO) login from your ePubs supplier’s organization. You cannot set up your NIVOMAX account without this login.
Each ePubs supplier has a unique distribution ID and a unique instance of the system. Users from one distribution ID cannot access other distribution IDs.
Click the link in the invitation email to set up your account after you have your SSO login. The invitation will expire after 48 hours. If you do not receive your SSO credentials within 48 hours, you must request a new invitation from your ePubs supplier or Data License Administrator.
