System Dashboard

The System Dashboard in the NIVOMAX Self-Serve Portal replaces the graphical splash screen with productivity widgets. Upon login, users see widgets in the Self-Serve Portal Workspace, where they can access essential features, monitor system activities, and navigate to key areas efficiently. It provides a user-friendly interface designed to deliver real-time insights and improve productivity.
Key Features and Widgets
Quick Links
- Access NIVOMAX Viewer: Opens the NIVOMAX Viewer directly for interacting with system data and resources.
- Invite Users: Allows administrators to invite new users to the system through User Invitation Form or CSV uploads.
- Go to My Team: Provides access to team management, enabling administrators to view and manage team members.
My Licenses Widget
- Displays a summary of license usage with the following details:
- Total Licenses: The total number of licenses assigned to the login user.
- Active Licenses: The number of licenses currently in use.
- Expiring Licenses (30 days): Highlights licenses that are about to expire within 30 days.
- The data is visually represented in a bar chart for at-a-glance understanding.
My Devices Widget
- Displays a pie chart of all registered user devices, with each slice showing the number of licenses assigned to the device.
- If no devices are connected or registered, it shows the message “No Devices Found!”.
Data License Administrators Widget
Provides a list of assigned Data License Administrators responsible for managing licenses within the organization.
If no administrators are assigned, the widget displays: “No Data License Admins Assigned”
Instructions to contact a Data License Administrator for assistance
- Select one of the Data License Administrators by clicking on the radio button next to their name.
- Click Send Request button at the bottom of the widget.
- Type your message in the input field of the dialog box (default message: “Could you help me get access to the data libraries I need?”)
- Drag the expand icon down to enlarge the text input area if needed.
- Click Submit to send the request.
- Click Cancel to close the dialog box without sending a request.
Recent Activities Widget
- Displays a detailed log of recent system actions performed by the user.
- Each entry includes:
- Date: When the activity occurred.
- Activity Description: A clear explanation of the action performed.
- Users can filter and paginate through the activity log to find specific records.
