NIVOMAX Viewer Toolbars

The NIVOMAX Viewer incorporates three distinct toolbars and floating action buttons, which are designed to provide users quick and convenient access to commonly used commands and functions. These toolbars are context-sensitive, changing their available options based on the task at hand and the type of content being viewed.
The design and functionality of these toolbars can vary between different applications, the specific documents being viewed, and other contextual factors within the NIVOMAX Viewer.

Toolbar Icon Color Indicators
Icons within the toolbars are color-coded to visually communicate the status of the associated features, helping users quickly understand their current state:

Main Toolbar
The Main Toolbar of the NIVOMAX Viewer provides easy access to essential functionalities, enhancing your interaction with the application by facilitating quick actions and easy navigation.

Backward | Click this icon to return to the previous document in the active tab. Do not use the browser’s back button as it will close all open tabs and reset your session. | |
Forward | Click this icon to move forward in the document history of the active tab. It prevents session resets caused by using browser navigation. | ||
Search | Click this icon to open Search options in the Right Feature Panel, Simple Search for quick keyword searches and Advanced Search for detailed queries. The History tab shows your recent searches. | ||
Available Libraries | Click this icon to open the Library List. This action provides access to all available libraries. Switching libraries will close any open tabs and reset the viewer. | ||

Available Manuals-Publications | Click this icon to display all manuals from the current library in the Bottom Feature Panel. This setup allows you to view multiple documents simultaneously by opening them in new tabs. | |
Notices | Click this icon to open the Notices Tab. It displays important messages and instructions from content publishers. This keeps you informed about critical changes or guidelines related to the active library. | ||
Favorites | Click this icon to quickly access and mark your favorite documents within the library. This makes important content readily available. | ||
History | Click this icon to view a chronological list of your past interactions and document views. It allows you to easily revisit recently viewed content. | ||
Toggle Table of Content | Click this icon to expand or collapse the Left Feature Panel. This panel displays the table of contents, facilitating easy navigation through the document. | ||
List of Attachments | Click this icon to see a list of all your file attachments. This list shows attachments in order by the date you added them. It helps you find and manage your files easily, improving your workflow in the NIVOMAX Viewer. | ||
Single Mode | Click this icon to switch the Viewing Area to Single Pane Mode. This focuses your view on one document at a time, aiding undistracted reading. | ||
Split Mode | Click this icon to enable Split Mode, which displays two documents side by side in the Viewing Area. This is useful for comparative reading or multitasking. | ||
Enter Full Screen | Click this icon to expand the NIVOMAX Viewer to full screen mode, maximizing your viewing area for enhanced focus. | ||
Exit Full Screen | Click this icon to leave full screen mode and return to the standard viewing layout. This restores the normal interface. | ||
NIVOMAX Menu | Click this icon to open a menu that provides quick access to application settings, help resources, and account management options.

Table of Contents Toolbar
The Table of Contents Toolbar helps you manage the display of the table of contents. It includes functions to refresh the list, filter entries, access urgent revisions, and retrieve supporting documents. This toolbar adjusts based on the publication type to simplify navigation.

Related Links | Click the Related Links icon on the TOC toolbar to display a bottom slider with related links. Select any link in the slider to open it in a new tab, enabling quick access to connected content. | ||
Supporting Documents | Click this icon to access additional documents related to the active manual. These documents provide further information or clarifications from the ePub (manual) publishers. | ||
PM | Click this icon to display the table of contents for the specific publication you are viewing, making it easier to navigate its sections. | ||
SNS | Click this icon to access a structured table of contents organized by the Standard Numbering System (SNS). This helps enhance navigation across various data modules organized by infocodes. |
Tab Toolbars
Tab Toolbars appear in each document tab and provide tools specific to the content type. These tools include annotations, zoom controls, rotation adjustments, and details on data modules. They facilitate detailed interactions with documents, such as graphical annotations and custom data filtering.

File Attachment | Click this icon to attach files to units of work in the Table of Contents. This icon opens the File Attachment feature. Once you attach files, they sync across all devices under your profile, ensuring you have access wherever you use the NIVOMAX Viewer. | ||
Shopping Cart | Click this icon to open the Right Feature Panel where you can view and manage items added to your cart from the parts catalog and submit your parts order. | ||
Applicability Filter | This icon opens a filter tool for displaying data based on specific aircraft Product Sequence Numbers (PSN), customizing content to your needs. | ||
Configure Service Bulletins | Click this icon to manage Service Bulletins for specific aircraft, updating their application status (PRE to POST) to reflect the most current data. | ||
Zoom In/Out | Use these icons to increase or decrease the document’s view, enhancing detail visibility or broadening the viewed area. | ||
Rotate Right/Left | These icons rotate your document clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the orientation for easier reading or analysis. | ||
Pan | The Pan icon moves a larger image within a smaller viewing area, useful when the view is zoomed in | ||
Reset | Click this icon to revert all viewing changes applied to the document to its original viewing state. | ||
Hotspots | Activate this icon to display interactive hotspots on graphics, linking to additional details or functionalities. | ||
See Full- Size Image | This icon loads the image at its original size or scales it to fit the largest dimension within the browser or application window. | ||
Copy URL | Use this icon to copy the web address of the current document, facilitating easy sharing and referencing. | ||
Download | This icon allows you to download a decrypted copy of the current document to your device. | ||
The Print icon sends the current document and any annotations to a printer for physical output. | |||
Reset Table | Click this icon to restore a dynamic table to its default state, removing all filters and sorting. | ||
Refresh | This icon reloads the current content or view with the latest information. | ||

Floating Action Buttons
Floating Action Buttons are available only for structured data libraries. They offer interactive controls for content display. Options include embedding or iconizing tables and images, toggling revision bars to track changes, and quickly navigating long documents. These buttons enhance the readability and interaction with documents.
