SYNAXIOM does not distribute NIVOMAX Viewer setup files directly to end users. To obtain the necessary setup files, users must download a copy directly from the Technical Publications Supplier's NIVOMAX Self Serve portal, subsequent to agreeing to the terms and conditions stipulated therein. The Technical Publication Supplier, possessing a valid Distribution ID for their copy of the NIVOMAX Applications, is the sole distributor. Access to and use of the NIVOMAX Viewer is contingent upon the purchase of a Data License for a digital product from the Technical Publications Supplier. The digital product downloaded will function exclusively with the viewer provided by the respective Supplier. Users are advised that the distribution of NIVOMAX Viewer setup files may be governed by applicable export control regulations depending on their region.

Licensing

It is not necessary for end-users to purchase a separate NIVOMAX license. The Technical Publications Supplier from whom you have acquired your Data License has already procured the requisite licenses from SYNAXIOM. By extending an invitation, they include you within their authorized user pool, as permitted under their NIVOMAX license agreement. You are authorized to use the NIVOMAX software provided the Technical Publications Supplier maintains a valid NIVOMAX software license.

SSP-0053 Product unassigned successfully The user has unassigned licenses successfully.
SSP-0054 There are no available licenses at this time for the product “product_name” you are attempting to assign. The user tries to assign a quantity greater than the available quantity of the product.

SSP-0063 You are already assigned as a Delegated Administrator for company “company_name” An error message occurs when signing in.
SSP-0064 Your Customer Portal Company has changed. Please contact the Technical Publications team to receive a new invitation. The user tries to sign in using the given login information, but the company has changed.
SSP-0065 You are using an account associated with BOMBARDIER and cannot be provisioned through an invitation to another company. The BOMBARDIER user tries to access SmartPubs with an invitation provisioned for another company.
SSP-0066 Company switch successful The user has switched the current company successfully.
SSP-0067 You are not eligible to switch companies The user tries to switch companies without the required privilege.
SSP-0068 The profile you selected is now set as your default company profile. The user has selected a company to be the default company for this profile.
SSP-0069 You have successfully uninstalled the “library_name” Library. The user has uninstalled a library from a Standalone/Network application.
SSP-0070 The token file and the current login user mismatch. Please use a token file generated by the same user as the login user. The user has uploaded a token file using a different User ID than the one used to generate the token.
SSP-0071 Library must be deleted locally before unassigning it from your profile. The user tries to unassign the installed licenses before deleting them from the device.
SSP-0072 You no longer have a valid license for any of the installed libraries The user tries to access the installed libraries without valid licenses.
SSP-0073 The CSV file is not valid or formatted correctly. Please try again with a valid file. The required email address is not contained in the CSV file.
SSP-0074 Company name must be wrapped in double quotations The company name in the CSV file must be wrapped in double quotations.
SSP-0075 SMS contact ID must be a numerical value 7 digits in length The SMS contact ID in the CSV file must be a numerical value of 7 digits in length.
SSP-0076 User’s name must be wrapped in double quotations The user’s name in the CSV file must be wrapped in double quotations.
SSP-0077 Email address must be wrapped in double quotations The email address in the CSV file must be wrapped in double quotations.
SSP-0078 Subscription management system company ID must be a numerical value 7 digits in length The subscription management system company ID in the CSV file must be a numerical value of 7 digits in length.
