Library Import History

Disclaimer

SYNAXIOM does not distribute NIVOMAX Viewer setup files directly to end users. To obtain the necessary setup files, users must download a copy directly from the Technical Publications Supplier's NIVOMAX Self Serve portal, subsequent to agreeing to the terms and conditions stipulated therein. The Technical Publication Supplier, possessing a valid Distribution ID for their copy of the NIVOMAX Applications, is the sole distributor. Access to and use of the NIVOMAX Viewer is contingent upon the purchase of a Data License for a digital product from the Technical Publications Supplier. The digital product downloaded will function exclusively with the viewer provided by the respective Supplier. Users are advised that the distribution of NIVOMAX Viewer setup files may be governed by applicable export control regulations depending on their region.

Licensing

It is not necessary for end-users to purchase a separate NIVOMAX license. The Technical Publications Supplier from whom you have acquired your Data License has already procured the requisite licenses from SYNAXIOM. By extending an invitation, they include you within their authorized user pool, as permitted under their NIVOMAX license agreement. You are authorized to use the NIVOMAX software provided the Technical Publications Supplier maintains a valid NIVOMAX software license.

Library Import History

The Library Import History interface shows a record of library imports and updates. This interface is available in both the NIVOMAX Viewer Desktop Edition and the NIVOMAX Network Edition – Data Server. Each entry in the table represents an import or update performed by a user.

Features of the Library Import History Interface

    • Library Import List Filter: Input field located above the Client List Table aligned to the left. Enter string to filter for specific records.
    • Refresh Button: Located above the Client List Table aligned to the right. Click to refresh the client list. Note: This list does not update automatically and requires manual refreshing to display current connections.

Data Columns
User Shows the name of the user who imported the library.
User ID Displays the login ID of the user from the Single Sign-On (SSO) system.
Library Lists the name of the library that was imported.
Release Date Indicates the release date of the version of the library that was installed.
Version Gives details about the library version.
Description Provides details about what was done during the import or update process.
Imported Notes the date when the library was first imported.
Updated Shows the date when the library was last updated.
Delete Delete IconAllows for the removal of the library record and its data from local storage. Only libraries not imported by the current user can be deleted in this way.
Current User Current User Icon Marks libraries imported by the current user.
