Finding Error and Debug Logs for NIVOMAX Applications

Installation Error Logs
- If errors occur during installation, use the latest installer with logging enabled. Look for the installer named similar to:
NIVOMAX-Standalone-x64-v1.2.19-DEBUG-v2.exe
. This installer is available on the designated FTP site. Note that DEBUG versions are not available on the Self-Serve Portal.
Important: Use DEBUG versions only for troubleshooting. They may leave residual files after uninstallation.
Log Locations
- NIVOMAX Viewer Desktop Edition: The logs are stored at
C:\Program Files\Nivomax Viewer\_Nivomax Viewer_installation\Logs
. - NIVOMAX Network Client Viewer: Find the logs at
C:\Program Files\Nivomax Network Viewer\_Nivomax Network Viewer_installation\Logs
. - NIVOMAX Data Server: Logs are located at
C:\Program Files\Nivomax Network Console\_Nivomax Network Console_installation\Logs
.
Application Error Logs
- If you experience errors or unexpected behaviors while using NIVOMAX, access the debug logs from these locations and include them with your support request.
