The My Licenses page is now available to all users in the Self-Serve Portal. This page allows users to view detailed information about the licenses assigned to them. Users can independently check relevant details regarding their assigned digital products for better transparency and self-management.

Users can check details such as:

Subscription: The subscription ID associated with the license.
Product Name: The product or service associated with the license.
User: User’s full name appears here.
User ID: The username used to login to the Self-Server Portal via SSO.
Days Left: The remaining number of days before the license expires.
End Date: The expiration date of the license.
Device ID: The device on which the license if activated. If the license is not activated a message “Not Installed” will show here.

Tools

Filters: Users can filter the table by Subscription, User, ID, End Date, or Device ID using the top filter options.
Reset Option: Clicking the RESET button reverts all filters to show the full list of assigned licenses.

The My Licenses page is designed to enhance transparency and enable users to independently manage and verify their license details.
