My Profile & Settings section allows you to manage your account and personalize your settings on the NIVOMAX platform.
How to Access
- Click the
Profile & Team icon on the Main Toolbar.
- Click on My Profile & Settings option from the Collapsible Left Menu.
My Profile Details and Settings
MY TEAM: Button provides quick access to the My Teams view.
RESET: Button refreshes the details in My Profile.
Header Label | Definitions |
---|---|
My Name | User’s first and last name from the invitation. |
User’s email address provided in the invitation. | |
Role | The role assigned to the user, such as Provider Administrator. |
User ID | Username used for logging into the Identity Provider. |
Telephone Number | Telephone number associated with the user in the Identity Provider. |
My Company | The company name from the invitation. |
Default | For Data License Administrators, allows setting a default company profile upon login. |
Library Update Email Notifications
Users can choose to receive email notifications for any updates to their assigned libraries by selecting the checkbox. To stop receiving these notifications, simply deselect the checkbox.
Application Update Email Notifications
Users can choose to receive email notifications when a new version of the NIVOMAX applications in use are released by selecting this checkbox. To stop receiving these notifications, simply deselect the checkbox.
