	Profile & Team	This section is dedicated to managing personal account settings and overseeing team configurations. It allows users to customize their profiles, view team member details, and manage multiple company setups, ensuring effective coordination across different organizational structures.
	License & Subscriptions	Focuses on the administration of subscriptions and data licenses. Users can view subscription details, assign licenses to team members, and track active licenses, providing a comprehensive overview of license usage and management within the organization.
	Downloads & Activation	Provides access to necessary software and digital libraries for download. This section also includes tools for managing offline activations, ensuring that users can access and utilize software and data libraries even without internet connectivity.
	Users & Permissions	Manages user roles and permissions within the portal. This area allows ePubs and technical administrators to assign specific roles to users and customization of access permissions, ensuring that each user has the appropriate level of access to the portal’s functionalities.
	Invitations & Onboarding	Streamlines the process of inviting and provisioning new users within the system. It offers options for both batch and individual invitations, simplifying the onboarding process and enabling rapid expansion of teams.
	Reporting	Allows administrators to generate and view reports that track and analyze system usage. This section provides valuable insights into operational aspects, supporting informed decision-making and effective management practices.
	Toggle Left Menu	Click this icon to expand or collapse the Left Feature Panel. This panel displays the Left Menu, facilitating navigation through the Self-Serve Portal.
	Enter Full Screen	Click this icon to expand the NIVOMAX Self-Serve Portal to full screen mode, maximizing your viewing area for enhanced focus.
	Exit Full Screen	Click this icon to leave full screen mode and return to the standard viewing layout. This restores the normal interface.
	NIVOMAX Menu	Click this icon to open a menu that provides quick access to application settings, help resources, and account management options. The appearance of this icon may vary, featuring the ePub Supplier’s branding in certain distributions. Features of the NIVOMAX Menu

NIVOMAX Menu Icon: Located in the Main Application Toolbar, this icon provides quick access to general functions and settings within the NIVOMAX Viewer. Depending on the NIVOMAX Viewer Edition being used, the options may vary.

User Profile Details

• Name: Displays the user’s first and last name.
• Email: Lists the user’s email address.
• User ID : Shows the unique User Identification Number associated with the logged in user.

Other Options

• About: Provides detailed information about the NIVOMAX software and ePub Supplier, including copyright notices, version, release date, credits, and device ID.Help: Opens the help documentation to assist users in navigating and utilizing the application effectively.
• Theme Toggle: Allows users to switch between a night and day theme for viewing convenience.
• Exit: Provides a straightforward option for users to log out of the application.

About Dialog Box

Click the “About” option from the NIVOMAX Menu to launch the About dialog box. The About Dialog Box offers detailed insights into the installed NIVOMAX application:

• Customer ePub Service Name and Copyright Notice
• Device ID: A unique identifier linked to the device and the Distribution ID.
• Application Name, Version, and Release Date
• Credits: A link to view all third-party licenses used within the application.
• Copyright Notice: Information regarding copyright ownership of the NIVOMAX software.

By centralizing these controls and information within the NIVOMAX Menu, users can efficiently manage their application settings and access necessary details about their software environment, enhancing the overall user experience.

Profile & Team

• My Profile & Settings: Update and manage your personal account preferences and settings.
• Team Overview: View the list of team members and Data License Administrators within your organization.
• Switch Company: Navigate and manage teams and data licenses across different company profiles.

License & Subscriptions

• Subscription Overview: View details of current subscriptions and manage their settings.
• License Assignment: Allocate data licenses to individual team members.
• Active Licenses: Track and monitor data licenses currently in use by end-users.

Downloads & Activation

• Software Downloads: Download the latest versions of the NIVOMAX Viewer application.
• Library Downloads: Access and download authorized digital libraries.
• Offline Activation: Handle the activation of data licenses without internet connectivity.

Users & Permissions

• Role Assignments: Allocate specific roles to users within the system.
• Override Permissions: Customize permissions for individual users, tailoring access as needed.

Invitations & Onboarding

• Batch Invitations: Invite multiple users at once using a CSV file, making it easier to onboard large numbers of users simultaneously.
• User Invitations: Allow administrators to invite new users, facilitating the expansion and integration of new team members.

Reporting

• Generate Reports: Produce and access various reports that provide administrators with insights into system usage and activity.
