The NIVOMAX Help Center provides documentation, how-to guides, and support resources for the NIVOMAX platform. Some content is publicly available. Additional content is available to users who access NIVOMAX through a licensed distribution.

I already have a NIVOMAX Help Center account

Use your existing Help Center login to access documentation and support resources for the NIVOMAX platform.

Your Help Center account is linked to a Distribution ID. You may have more than one Distribution ID only if more than one OEM or content supplier has provided you access to NIVOMAX.

If you don't remember the username associated with your Help Center account, contact us using the form below and we'll help you identify it.

Need to reset your password?

  1. Click Log in to the Help Center above.
  2. Enter your username and click Sign in.
  3. When prompted for your password, select Reset password to set a new one.

I don’t have a NIVOMAX Help Center account

If you use NIVOMAX but don’t yet have a Help Center login, you can request access.

To complete your request, you’ll need at least one Distribution ID associated with the NIVOMAX applications you use.

If you have access to NIVOMAX through more than one OEM or content supplier, additional Distribution IDs can be linked to your Help Center account after it is set up.

What is the NIVOMAX Help Center?

The NIVOMAX Help Center provides guides, FAQs, and support resources for users of the NIVOMAX platform and its applications.

Who can sign up for a Help Center account?

Users who have been granted access to NIVOMAX by their organization, an OEM, or a content provider may request a Help Center account.

Do I need an invitation to use NIVOMAX apps?

Yes. Access to NIVOMAX applications and data libraries is provided by your organization, OEM, or content provider.

What email address should I use to sign up?

Use the email address associated with your organization or Distribution ID. Personal email addresses are not supported.

How long does account approval take?

Account validation and activation may take up to two business days.

Does a Help Center account give me access to NIVOMAX applications?

No. A Help Center account provides access to support content only. Access to NIVOMAX applications requires a separate invitation and data license.
