Global Updates
These are updates affecting all NIVOMAX Viewer Editions.
- Highlight Search Hits: Next and Previous Skip Options [NMX-V-35X-2]
We enhanced the search functionality by introducing “Next” and “Previous” skip options, enabling users to navigate easily through search hits within Data Module (DM) files. This functionality is currently supported for ATA-100 and S1000D libraries only. For PDF documents, search hits are displayed per page, requiring users to manually scroll through subsequent pages. - Related Links Option [NMX-V-35X-4]
Implemented a feature that allows users to quickly access related documents in other manuals directly from the current topic. This enhancement improves cross-referencing and streamlines the process of finding relevant information, making it easier for users to connect the dots between different sections and manuals. - Print Shopping Cart [NMX-V-35X-5]
Introduced a new feature that allows users to print the contents of their shopping cart, streamlining the process for documentation and sharing. - Open List of Attachments in a New Content Tab [NMX-V-35X-6]
Users can now open attachments in a new content tab within the Workspace interface, allowing simultaneous access to documents and the List of Attachments. This enhancement prevents the need to exit the Workspace interface when loading attachments, improving both usability and user experience. - Links to Documents from Attachments Page [NMX-V-35X-7]
Enhanced navigation now allows direct linking from the List of Attachments to the relevant documents they are attached to, reducing clicks and streamlining content access. This improvement simplifies the user experience by enabling quicker transitions between the List of Attachments interface and the corresponding documents. - Customizable TOC Scrolling [NMX-V-35X-8]
Introduced customizable Table of Contents (TOC) scrolling options, allowing users to personalize their navigation. When enabled, the TOC automatically scrolls to the relevant node when a user navigates to it. When disabled, the TOC remains static, providing a consistent view without automatic scrolling. - Resolved PDF to CGM Link Navigation Issue [NMX-V-35X-13]
Fixed the reported behavior where links from PDF documents to CGM files were not functioning as expected in the NIVOMAX Viewers, ensuring seamless navigation between PDF and CGM content. - Resolved Warning and Safety Procedures Display Issue in Dark Theme [NMX-V-35X-14]
Fixed the reported behavior where the warning and safety procedures in S1000D content was displayed as a white blank space in the Warning box when using the dark theme, ensuring proper visibility and accessibility of the content across all themes. - Intune Support for NIVOMAX Viewer Apps [NMX-V-35X-17]
We are excited to announce that the NIVOMAX Viewer apps now support Microsoft Intune. This integration enhances the deployment and management of NIVOMAX Viewer apps within enterprise environments, providing IT administrators with easy control over application policies, updates, and security compliance.
