Software Downloads
The Software Downloads section allows users to download the latest versions of the NIVOMAX applications.
Available Downloads
- NIVOMAX Viewer Desktop Edition: The latest official release version compatible with Windows 10 / 11 operating systems.
- NIVOMAX Network Edition – Data Server: The latest official release version compatible with Windows 10 / 11 and Windows Server 2012+ operating systems.
- NIVOMAX Network Edition – Client Viewer: The latest official release version compatible with Windows 10 / 11 operating systems.

How to Download
- Click the
Downloads & Activation icon on the Main Toolbar.
- Click on Software Downloads options from the Collapsible Left Menu.
- Click the desired application tile.
- Read the End User Agreement, you must scroll to the bottom of the Agreement to activate the AGREE AND DOWNLOAD button.
- Click AGREE AND DOWNLOAD to download the latest version.
Library Downloads
The Library Downloads section allows users to access and download authorized digital libraries.
Quick Action Controls
- Available Libraries Dropdown: Lists only the libraries the user is authorized to see. Users can type or select from the list.
- Download Type Dropdown: Allows users to select the archive type (Complete Archive or Update Package).
Download Types
- Complete Archive: Downloads the entire selected data library.
- Update Package: Downloads updates for the selected data library. If the user’s library version is outdated, the complete data package must be downloaded. The user can also download:
- Library Updates: The latest updates available.
- Temporary Revisions: Updates specific to temporary revisions.
- Supporting Documents: Updates for supporting documents.
How to Download
- Click the
Downloads & Activation icon on the Main Toolbar.
- Click on Library Downloads options from the Collapsible Left Menu.
- Use the Available Libraries dropdown to select a library.
- Use the Download Type dropdown to select the archive type.
- A table will load below with the download details.
Download Details
- Complete Archive: Shows the Library Name, Version, and Issue Date.
- Update Archive: Shows the Library Name, Version, and Issue Date, and is divided into three sections:
- Library Update
- Temporary Revisions Update
- Supporting Document Update
If no update is available, it will show a message, for example, “No Supporting Document Update Available.”
